Has anyone experienced difficulties with the Request Form for a report in this instance? I am trying to create a Tablebox on the Request. I have assigned the Source Table for the form, and have successfully created the Tablebox with the Textbox and Label controls for two of the fields. I then created a Textbox and Label control for each of 3 additional variables. All of these Textboxes and Labels are supposed to be within the Tablebox. The problem I’m experiencing is when I go to run the report. I get the request form with it’s filter options for the two data items. I then view the request form section that I just created. The Tablebox appears with the Textbox controls and displays the records from the Source Table, but the Caption Headers (Labels) for the Tablebox are missing. I cancel and go back to design the request form, and I find all the objects that I had created in the Tablebox are no longer shown within the Tablebox in the designer, but on the parent form. I rerun the report and get the Tablebox with the datalines as before, but missing headers again. Furthermore, I have examined the code and parameters by exporting the object to a Text file, and still cannot see any problem. All suggestions are appreciated! This is nuts!
