When i print the Report in PDF Format all is well as i want.But if the same report is print on Word format the footer part is not showing.
Can you help me out from this ???

I tried one report as you said in word & pdf formats. Both works fine.
In word file the report footer comes to the footer section of the word page.
So if the footer part of the report is too big to display in footer of the word
page it wont display in word page .
I think this will help.
What properties you set for the Footer section ???

I think you set footer row in body section in RTC visible property set to false.
Do one thing total footer row property set to true each field visible property set to false.
