I am having an issue with showing the system suggested quantity on the purchase replenishment journal, it shows when i click on the replenishment control info but on the journal directly.

Are you talking about the Movement Worksheet and running the Function Calculate Bin Replenishment? This action runs off the Bin Priorities include the minimum and maximum quantities of bin content that have been fixed for a particular bin, and the bin rankings. Therefore, if items are arriving at a steady pace, the most-used pick bins will be filled up as they are emptied.
