Remote navision freeze screen


One of user encounter screen freeze whne he remote into navision. The error message he got is “status bar cannot be closed, because it is locked by open database. Please finish open database before closing”

Any advise?


Does this happen always or just sometimes?

Typically this only comes up when some part of NAV have locked or when NAV somehow is locked by another NAV process.

Try to reboot.

This normally happens user trying to close navision when one or more process is happening in Navision ,such as printing of reports, opening of list form.
