Remote 2.5 Clients cannot connect

I’ve got a remote office where clients used to be able to connect to my navision server. Now all they get is a Timeout message. There is nothing wrong with the navision server as local clients connect fine. The line is fine because remote clients can ping the navision server and use other servers(mail/web). The server runs Windows 2000 Server clients are 98. Remote client were working for a couple months then just stopped. Any ideas ?

Are you connecting to the server using a Hosts Name, the server name, or the server IP address?
