We are currently setting up the interest and reminder note routine in AX 2009.
My problem is that we want to outsource the printing and sending part of the routine to an external part.
What criterias should you use on the reminders to ensure that you don’t get them sent multiple times, and only the correct once since a cancelled reminder also can be in status printed. The routine should preferably be handled as a batch job.
