Reminder RTC NAV 2009 client - error message The Reminder Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Reminder No.=",Line No.='1000'

Hi,

When I do a reminder it works fine. But for a certain customer it just wont work. I know that one invoice shall be added to the reminder line (it is open, the due date expired).

But when I press Suggest Reminder lines then I get this error - The Reminder Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Reminder No.=",Line No.=‘1000’

I receive this error why? There isnt any lines on the reminder
