When i make function undo shippment to purchased order from posted return shippment form

I gotted error message " remaining amount must be 41555 in item ledger entry table entry no 444444"

I go to this entry in item ledger entry table i found amount is 41555 and remaining amount is 0

what is the proplem and how i solve.

do you mean remaining quantity in item ledger entry ?, if yes then the item received may have been sold or transferrred

Can try to revise the applied entries with your recent purchase (41555) using the item entry application function then make undo. Be mind your item cost will be revised too.

You have created return order to vendor and not you want to reverse it .

Have you applied any invoice against it ??/
