Please forgive me if you read this post on other forums but I am in need of some information: I am in need of some information regarding anyone’s implementation of 3.70 Relationship Management. We are currently evaluating the use of RM for our company. I would welcome feedback from anyone who uses it for opportunity and campaign tracking as opposed to just a phone book. Thanks
This was implemented at a greeting card manufacturer using v3.70and the opportunity tracking works well. They did not progress to campaigns. Beware of the interactions as they are restricted and do not allow flexible answers.
Moved to the End user thread. PS this should not be under development, try to use it out of the box first without any mods.
