hi all

When the machine is stopped , we Register a Record and stop time and service time and service order in service management

now , what is a relation between Production And Service in Dynamics Ax

when we Schedule and Planning production , after that a lines or devices are stop , we must update production order

how can i find Relation between Production and Service Module in ax

Production is nothing but we can create a BOM and then we need to start creating routes and operations and finally production order life cycle.Whereas service we can assign a vendor and we can give a service to them.

BOM - We can trace on hand inventory but for service it is not possible
