REGISTERING PICK_Tracking No. Already exist on Pick No.

Hi guys…

Can anyone please help on the below please…

I am doing the following:

Warehouse–> Distribution Planning → Outbound → Order shipping

From here i am selecting a pick number (say PK2440), then clicking on the (downwards arrow) to list all items. Then going on Registering → Register Pick (F11)

After processing some information, i get the following error “Tracking Specification No. ‘3’ already exist.”

I am confused why am getting this message…

Hope to get a solution out here.
