Regarding setup margin on sale for particular customer

hi All

Can i set the margin on sales for the particular customer eg i want to set 10% margin on sale to XYZ customer, and whenever i select this customer and make sales order it automatically set the margin of 10%. and will it possible at item master also.

No it is not possible to set this by customer, you can by item for the sales price using the contribution ratio.
