Regarding Inhouse and outsourced operations

Dear All,

If my customer wants the particular operation in the route to be having option of Insourced or Outsourced, then i have to define the route to be Vendor instead of Standard or the work center attached to the route should be of vendor type.

Please guide me i have stuck upon?

Which bit are you stuck on? yes the work centre is vendor, yes the route is of type vendor. Look at the sub-contracting section in the manufacturing manuals, it walks you through examples as well as setup.
