record level security.....

Hi,

  1. the user who logged in the ax should see his record only,not others.

  2. But his manager can see his records as well as his other repotee record also.

How to do the setup in security level.i checked some docs,but didn’t get the clear picture.

Hi, Configure User group permissions under Security Setup of Administrator module.

Hi Shashank,

If you want to show the some range of records to the users U can do RecordLevel Security.

Administration → setup->Security → Record Level Security.

Hi I am also looking same thing but my case is own customized form and tables…

Customized new table is not appearing in the record level security. How can get it customized table in the record level security.

I have one combo bax with some values… when i select on value based on that value records should diplaying first time bt here refresh

problem is coming like when i select the another record in combo box it will not displaying in secong time… how it over come?

U can get this resolved .

Go thru–ledgerjournaltable form- Show- combobox with All,open,posted options–Methods

The records changes accordingly–!!

basically its like- override the execiute query method of data source and call it in the combobox-methods – form level
