I have created 2 user groups, One is Sales 1 & Sales 2. all Users from Sales 1 group will see/access the data from cust Table only when the customer group is 10.

and another Sales 2 group see/access the data Customer group is 20.

Try this:

  1. Go to Administration/Setup/Security/Record level scurity

  2. Create new record and follow wizard: a) select user group b) select Customers (CustTable) c) finish

  3. Click ‘Query’ button and add desired query. In your case ‘Customer group’ = 10 or ‘Customer group’ = 20
