Record already exists in invent table

Hi…

I tried to import item master using Data import Export framework . I used item and product entity. but none of them helps me. its throwing error like record already exists. but in table there is no record.

give me some suggestions.

Have you checked InventTable in AOT? Sometimes items cannot be seen in Items form but they are in InventTable.

It seems that you have two threads for the same thing - the other is item import using DMF. Choose one of them and I’ll lock the other, so people don’t waste time repeating same things at two places.

Also update the thread that chosen thread to contain all information. For instance, you forgot to mention in this thread that the error is related to InventTableModule table.
