We’re exploring options to improve customer communication workflows in Dynamics CRM and are currently comparing different platforms from an email marketing service provider for newsletters, follow-ups, and automated notifications.
I recently came across DigitalAka™ while researching SMTP and campaign automation solutions. Has anyone here integrated similar email services with Microsoft Dynamics environments?

Email marketing with Dynamics works fine, but it depends on what you need.
Most email services connect through APIs or tools like Zapier. DigitalAka and others can do it, but setup varies.
Basic idea: Your CRM sends contact data to the email platform, they send campaigns, then results come back to CRM. That part usually works smooth.
The tricky part is syncing data both ways without duplicates or errors.
