Received error in connector log, while update CRM Quote to NAV Sales Quote.

Received error in connector log, while update CRM Quote to NAV Sales Quote.
I have tested with user 1 and the Quote is updated successfully and tried with user 2 the quote is not updated and received error in the connector log.

The user 1 has “Sales Manager” and “System Customizer” role in CRM and “Super” role in NAV.
The user 2 has “System Administrator” role in CRM and “Super” role in NAV.

I tried changing the roles for the above users but getting the same error for user 2. Please help.

I’m sorry that I cannot help, but I’m interested to know how you got the Sales Quotes to sync with Connector, as I cannot even see them in the possible mappings between CRM 2011 and NAV 2013.

MS Support on the case, but they are waiting for an answer from Product Team.

May I ask how you got it configured?
