ReadOnly access on One Company/Legal Entity/Organization

Dear All,

I have 3 Organisations/companies created in our AX.

User “A” already has access to Organisation 1.

  • Already holding CFO role

Now same User “A” need READ ONLY access to Organisation 2.

Can any one guide me thru this scenario.

Version : AX 2012 r3 CU10

For a role you can assign organizations, but i don’t think you can specifically say that in this organization the user has only read access.

You may have to create a new role with read only access (with required functionality) and assign it to the user (with access to Org 2)

I think you have to make a new role with read only access and assign to the that user.
