Query Out User/Group Permissions

I have being assign the task from Upper Managment to provide them a list of User / Groups and the permissions from them.

Primary interested in the following:

  • Item Creation

  • Modifiy Item dimensions

  • Stop / Unstop Items (PO, Inventory, SO)

  • Add/Edit Formulas and Routes.

Is there a fast way I can query this out (SQL Select Statement).

I notice that this is easier on 2009 and 2012 dynamics AX BUT I have Dynamics 4.0
