Quantity change in Sales Order

Hi,

While trying to post a SO packing slip, when we change the Quantity to All or Picked or Packing Slip, what is the exact process that happens? Is it just a query which shows the relevant lines in SalesParmLine? or is the SalesParmLine getting inserted every time we change the Quantity?

yes,Record is getting inserted every time when you modify the field.
