Quantity can't be picked error message duirng production order start

Dear all:

Hope you are doing very well.

I have the following case in AX2012:

When I try to start the production order , the system display the info message related to that there is no enough quantity to be picked from the raw material , but when I view the on-hand in the warehouse I can found the quantities required to complete the production order note that the raw material item is CW item and the item that I want to produce is CW item also.

Please advice

Recreate the issue with non-CW - do you get the same message. If you do it is config and understanding, if you do not it is most likely a bug with CW as there were/are lots
