Quality Order on Return Order from Customer and Transfer Item(s) between Warehouses.

Hello All Pioneers,

I want to know how to create Quality Orders on theses both areas in Dynamics AX 2012:
a) When there is any item Returns from Customer - After making Return Order
b) When there is Item transfer from one warehouse to another warehouse with in the same company.
