Quality order failed-Not visible in Quarantine Orders

Hi,

We are using AX 2012 R3. I have failed a Quality order, later i wish to clear it, but i am unable to find it in the Quarantine orders

Do you want to create a quarantine order if the quality order fails? If so does the ‘Quarantine upon validation failure’ enabled on Quality association?

Hi Kranthi,
We don’t want Quarantine orders to be created if a Quality orders fails
‘Quarantine upon validation failure’ is enabled on the popup which is displayed while approving.

Why cannot you disable it?

Sorry for the confusion…
Let me rephrase the case
We had failed a Quality order, later when we want to make it Pass we are unable to PASS. System throws an error.
If it was in Quarantine, then i could have passed it. Even i am unable to find it in the Quarantine order.
