Dear All
I want to understand Quality management Module of Dynamics AX-2009 a bit; I have a scenario as follow:
Upon completion of a production order finished goods are checked by Quality Department and Quality Department raises a Non-conformance on that and orders Production Department to re-process them, now in this case what entry should be done in AX? Whether that Production Order should be reset and started again? Or is there any other solution available in Quality Management module?
