Hi, we got an issue in Retail Items in AX 2009. Instead of taking the Purchase price from Trade Agreement it is taking the Base price from Price\Discount Tab. Please refer the screenshot and help me.

Not too familiar with Retail Headquarters functionality, but for Trade Agreement prices to be used you may find you need to Tick the relevant tick boxes in ‘Activate price / discount’.
In AX 2009, you may find this option in Accounts Payable → Setup → Price/discount.
You would need to show us screen shots of the trade agreement and purchase order - showing the last place it is getting the price does not really help, you also need to describe the process of purchase order creation - master planning, manually, requisition?
