Hi All

i have one scenario regarding the Purchase order, e.g.i have one purchase order consist of 10 line items out of that the vendor will able to supply 8 items or say two items partially , is there any way in AX that we can transfer these lines or the partial remaining to another purchase order to the other vendor.

Or i have to cancel these lines or the remaining quantity, and then create another purchase order manually.

You are right, you would nee to cancel the delivery remainder for the PO.

To reduce the effort of creating lines manually - create a PO manually and use the copy functionality to copy the lines of PO1 to Po2.
