can someone tell me how to setup "Purchase Order → Packing Slip->Parameters->Quantity : “All” for any user as Default

It will default to all, but if hte user changes it then it knows the users last settings. You can set the “Prompt quantity field value when posting documents” as well in the purchase parameters so these are reset on each open, the defaults are in the help from memory.
