Purchase order creation - what tables are affected

In Dynamics AX 2012, when a new purchase order is created, are any tables other than ‘PurchTable’ and ‘PurchLine’ affected?

One inventory transaction also will be created in the ‘inventtrans’ table with the status ordered for the line item added in the purchase order.
