Can any one explain me proper GL effects in AX 2012 of Product Receipt and Invoice.

There are differences depending upon your costing method and posting to ledger settings. The best advice is to configure it, then post a receipt and look at the associated voucher, then invoice it and do the same - nothing better than learning by doing. [:D]
