Purchase and Sales Price

Hello, I have a quick question for you.

This client only have 4 items they purchase and sell. therefore they only have 4 item in their item master.

Is it ok if they control the price for the item on the item master form, under purchase and sales price. They enter how much they purhcase an item for and price for how much they sale it for? That will default on the purchase and sales order line when they create PO’s and SO’s. Can pricing be done this way.

Note: their item price doesnt change (maybe once a year).

Yes no problem, although if they are standard costed in needs to be in the costing version.
