I need to pull a Field from one tab to the other in the same form., in the same master??
How will i achieve this…

If the change is user specific, you can do it in the Layout section(right click on the form and setup - drag and drop).
If you want this to be a permanant change - change it from the design…(look into basic developer documentation on how this can be performed)
