I need to remove article.
When I’m trying to do it I got the alert that I can’t delete article because properties values still exist.
How can I delete property values and where can I find them?
Is this related to custom functionality?
No it’s not.
I have article in my list of articles. Article means - product. It is in product information management.
What is the full error you are getting?
Property settings cannot be deleted while dependent Property value exist. Delete dependent Property value and try again.
I don’t think “Property settings” is something related to standard.
My property setting is related to product. Properties contain additional information which I can add to product in sales order line.
Can you tell us the path to configure the property for a product?
Product information management/Common/Released products - if I’m going there I can choose my article/product from list and on action pane choose property setting

In general the type of error is used restrict the deletion and to maintain the data integrity.
Example: When you try to delete a vendor, the system will not allow you to delete the vendor if the vendor is assigned to a product as primary vendor.
In your case you are trying to delete the property though there are values related to it.
