The production postings for an ENDED order are as shown in the screen shot.
The amount 968.47 is just adddition of material consuption (132.00) and Route Consuption
(836.47) or its calculated by some other way?

Material consumption is the cost of the raw material consumed in the production process.
Route Consumption is the cost that of the production process -It comes from the Cost Categories attached to the route(Setup, Runtime and Quantity).
When you are using the standard cost - you no need to bother about the costing - the cost of the item FG remains same as the standard cost what you have given - the difference in the cost will be posted as variance.
You mean the posting during the Report as finished.
You need to enable some parameters for that.
Post Physical Inventory in Inventory Model Group.
Post Report as Finished in production parameters.

Does use estimated Cost Price - is enabled?
Are you posting the finished goods as per the estimated cost (a parameter setting)?
This could be that you don’t have price defined for the item. Set a price for the BOM and activate it. The report as finished cost will be the average cost (physical cost), it is a temporary posting that will be reversed when you end the PO.
Fabricio - you can get AX to post the estimated cost rather than the activated BOM cost if you wish at the RAF stage.
