Hi,

Is it OK, if we change (increase) the Consumption qty on the Production Picking list and then Post it? Is this System wise OK ?

Or should it be changed in the Production BOM and then a new picking list is created

Nope that is fine, do it and have an analysis, will cause variance or increased cost of course.

System will allow you to increase / decrease quantity . To change in production formula is difficult because only at created stage you can change it .

So better to change in picking list so actual cost will come after end of production order .

You can change a started production BOM depending upon your version. However you should also re-estimate if you do, but it asks you (AX2012R2? onwards I think)
