Hi,

I created a product item, 4 raw materials and a production BOM.

i also create a blanket order for the product and added materials to the inventory.

But when i try to production journal from Released Production Order.

i encounter this error

Quantity must not be 99 in Item Journal Line, Journal Template Name = ‘PROD.ORDER’ , Journal Batch Name =‘DEFAULT’, Line No.=‘10000’.

I have more than the supplies needed for the production in my inventory .Did i forget to set something?

Are you using BIN or you must have entered the location code wrong.

Just go to that production order ->Line Button ->Components.

Check here the location Code & Bin Code,these column must be hidden by default.
