please any one help me what is the process to create a product master template in excel in ax 2012.

For what purpose? Just go to a product master and export to Excel, is that what you mean?

no actually I’m creating product master template to export data into ax… so what is the procedure to create a product master template…

You sit down and work out all of teh fields you need to populate and then you map these into a template based upon teh required format and mechanism of import.
