Hi, We established the link between Navision CRM and Outlook and now we have problems when trying to synchronize. After opening Navision, we have the message asking if we want to synchronize with Outlook. If we answer yes, we have the following error [:(!]: “Type cannot be changed because there are one or more opportunities that are linked to the contact.” Anyone have seen this problem before?
Hi David, have you tried to find the sourceline with the debugger ? I found a simple TESTFIELD in the german-version. After //Testfield no error accours and synchronize is working
Our salesperson found a way around… I think he just reimported his contacts and everything works fine now. Thank you.
