It doesn’t fail installing NAV, but it fails installing SQL server.

Which OS did you install on?

Did you use “Run as administrator”?

I think the problem is .that NETframework 3.5 missing.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=25150

I don’t think so. NAV 2018 requires .NET Framework 4.7:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/system-requirements-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav

As Erik said, it fails installing SQL Express, but with the log information, I can’t say why failed.

Systems requirement sheet does not say that it require 3.5. But personally i have experienced problems with NAV 2018 and 3.5, so I always install it anyway.

Did you solve this issue??

I had a SQL install issue a few months back - and it worked after installing the 3.5 framework even though as Erik says it is not part of the System Requrements sheet.
