problem importing budget using excel ad ins - Dynamics AX 2012

Hi all,

i have been trying to import Budget into Dynamics AX 2012 using Document Data Source: ‘Budget Register Entries’ (it comes from ‘BudgetService’ service group).

the error i kept getting is ‘index was outside the bounds of the array’.

what makes it happen to be error? and what is the solutions?

thanks in advance, any help will be really appreciated.

The issue is caused by unhandled exception and the real issue reason can be seen in Event Viewer and/or Exceptions form in Dynamics AX 2012

I reproduced this issue with LedgerDimension field on BudgetTransactionLine record not specified

Please specify valid LedgerDimension field value for BudgetTransactionLine record being imported and import process will succeed
