Printing via mobile phone web client

Hey all,

I’m setting up mobile printing via the web client, or planning to.

Would the phones need a VPN or a specific port to access the printer or does all of that depend on infrastructure security and printer settings?

I’d be happy to clarify or add more detail.

Hi Rob,

I’m sorry to disappoint you, but you don’t print from the web client of NAV 2017!

You save the report to PDF, then you can print it.

Indirectly, you are able to setup reports to be printed in the background/by the NAV service, to a predefined printer.
