The configure format on server, workstation and in the NF report is A4. When you print, the properties of printer is A4 but it appears on the HP4050, insert LETTER FORM. I don’t really think the problem is cause by NF but by MF1.8. Can’t find an answer. Thank’s
When you installed the printer on your metaframe did you remember to set the properties correctly ? If so, turn to your printerdocumentation it should have a setting concerning “substitute Letter with A4” I have had the same problem on my MF-server however it was solved by correcting the printer properties on the MF-server
