I have a problem with Navision and printers. The enviorment is Novell and the print ques are on the novell server. For some odd reason one user can print to novell_printer1 and another user can not. The ques they both have are novell_printer1, novell_acct, and novell_pc. The default one is novell_acct this is used for nomal printing and they both can print to this. The novell_pc is a photocoper printer and use for mass printing the both can work here.How the cheque printer novell_printer1 is the one where one user works the other users does not. These are the only three ques for both users. There on sperate machine , but both have Windows XP pro, I try switch the users around and it follows the pc. What might I be missing here.
