Print different Picklist version based on company

I have an SSRS report that has two versions to it. One needs to be printed when a sales order picking list is printed in the Company XYZ and a different version that needs to be printed in company ABC. I can get it to print the correct versions on reprints, but the one tied to the picking list button on the Pick and pack tab doesn’t work. what am I missing?
