Some how the Customer Price Group number got deleted from the customer card, so any new “ship to’s” that were added do not have the Price Group Code; how do I assign or add the “ship to’s” the Price Group Code they need to have?

If you mean, that some SO/SI don’t have now CustPG entered - if these are not posted yet, you may change (set) the CPG.
Bad news are, that this field is by default not put on the form - neither in SO Header, nor in Lines. Ask your Partner to put it there – it takes 5 seconds work – or, if you have Forms Designer in your license, you may do it yourself.
