Price Activation Date

Hi,

I am looking a way out to activate the price automatically.

For example - Price for the item x has been setup as £50 to get active on 20/05/2012 it should get activated automatically on 20th May by itself.

Any suggesstions please ?

Hi,

Prices gets automatically active if they are defined in trade agreement and the transaction date is in between from and to date in the trade agreement.

Have you tried this.

Hi,

I believe AX is designed not to activate automatively for obvious reason. You’ll need to activate the pending cost manually.

@ Pranav: Thanks Pranav, that is possible in TA however in my case it would result in number of TAs to be maintained.

@ Joseph: Thanks for verifying. I had expected the similar answer for my case, as I don’t see any way to automate. This means a development work would be required if I wish price to get activated automatically?
