Hello Team,

Can I be guided with one scenerio where the Gen Prod Posting group is set as COMPART rather than PART for item XYZ. Please also be noted by creating PI it suppose to affect the Job , I guess it was charged to wrong GL account instead of one purchase related account, we can not find any previous modification done in check log report. Soln for this is to post the job journal , but unsure how come Gen Product Posting COMPART came up instead of PARTS , provideed we no previous recod available in check log.Please help me with this issue, will be glad

Have you check on Item Masters ?

I feel somebody/user has changed in Transaction level . Check that too.

Amol , where I can find this item masters and Trans…details??

You can check item master in purchase module and compare item master details with transaction posted
