POSTED PURCHASE BLANKET ORDER DOES NOT APPEAR IN USER INTERFACE - AX 2009

Hi All,

Need some help.

I have a posted PO - Blanket Order. In AOT, it appears in “VendPurchOrderJour” & “VendPurchOrderTrans”. However, it does not appear in UI’s Purchase Order (Accounts payable/Common/Purchase Order).

I tried looking in “PurchTableDelete” thinking it was deleted. But there is no record found.

Any advice?

You cannot post against a blanket order, you can only create a release order which you then post against. If you mean created ensure there is no filter set, look with another user and finally delete the usage data of the user.
