Possibility of creating the main account to all other companies when creating from one company ?

Dear All,

We have a requirement, when a Main Account is created in any company, that also to be created in all other companies.

Is this possible and best practice as per AX 2012 R3 Standards ? As I analysed only customization is possible.

Main accounts in AX 2012 are not company specific. Main accounts are shared across all the companies.

Yes. That’s fine. But we have 4 Chart of Accounts for our 4 companies. Those 4 companies are upgrade from our previous AX 2009 Version. Now when a Main Account is created in any company under one COA, that main account also to be created in all other companies under that each COA.

You mean a main account is created under all the available COA. That looks like a customization, please have a developer to debug.
