PO revision - Deliver remainder set to Zero-How to print this in PO

Hi,

I have a case like this

Item Qty Received Qty Deliver remainder

X 10 7 3

Y 20 20 0

Z 30 30 0

The supplier cannot deliver the balance qty of X and hence closing the PO. I cancelled the Deliver remainder in my System and i confirmed the PO, but when print the PO, still the Qty for X remains as 10. Of course the PO value won’t reduce too. I want to have a PO print with qty as 7 and the PO value adjusted accordingly.

Hi, it would print the ordered quantity and not the received qty (or) delivery remainder.
You may have to change the report to achieve this.
